Quepos is a tropical paradise surrounded by the Pacific coastline. You will hear howler monkeys and see capuchin monkeys, sloths, and many other tropical faunae. Quepos itself is not necessarily safe, so make sure you are especially careful and aware of your surroundings. If you remain careful and aware, this charming town will definitely be a tropical paradise.
What to do in Quepos
Out of every single National Park I have been to in this world, Manuel Antonio National Park has always been my favorite. It has a unique ecosystem unlike anywhere on Earth and is home to so many tropical faunae.
Playa Espadilla is without a doubt one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to, and that is a heavy statement coming from someone who is Floridian. This place is truly paradise.
The area surrounding Manuel Antonio and Playa Espadilla is home to casados, pipa frias, and a great way to relax while experiencing the Costa Rican culture.
